Do I need special equipment?
No. The dashboard runs in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer you already have.
What happens if nobody accepts an order?
It expires after a time window we agree with you, usually a few minutes, and the customer is told. Nobody is left waiting without an answer.
Can customers see where their order is?
Yes, with the order-status add-on (from €200). Customers watch their order move from Received to Preparing to Ready on their own phone, without refreshing.
Who can sign in?
Only your team. The staff pages are private and protected by a sign-in. Separate roles for owner, staff and drivers can be built when you need them.
What does it cost?
Online Ordering starts from €950 and includes staff order management. Sold-out switches (from €150), order-status updates (from €200), delivery zones (from €150) and an analytics dashboard (from €250) are priced up front. Drivers, loyalty and team roles are quoted in writing. Prices include VAT.
Does it work with Wolt, Foody, efood or Bolt Food?
