LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern any website, application or other digital service provided by G&B Web Library.
1. Who we are
G&B Web Library ("we", "us", "our") is a digital design and development studio based in Paphos, Cyprus, providing websites, booking and ordering systems, digital menus, SEO, branding and related digital services. You can reach us at [email protected] or +357 96 737 222.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing this website or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please contact us before proceeding rather than placing an order or starting a project.
3. Our services
We design and build websites, booking and ordering systems, digital menus, search-engine optimisation, branding and connected digital systems. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any project are confirmed in a written quote before work begins — figures shown on this website are indicative starting prices, not a binding offer for your specific project.
4. Quotes, pricing and payment
Prices published on this site are in euro and, where stated, include VAT. A final price, payment schedule and any recurring hosting or care fee are set out in writing after an initial conversation about your project and confirmed before work starts. Typical terms include a deposit before work begins and the balance on completion or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring plans are billed on the interval stated in your quote.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely content, images, access credentials and approvals needed to deliver your project. Delays in supplying these may extend the agreed timeline. You are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you provide, including menus, prices, descriptions and images.
6. Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the bespoke design and code created specifically for you transfers to you, except for:
- third-party licensed assets (fonts, stock photography, plugins and similar), which remain subject to their own licence terms; and
- our own pre-existing tools, frameworks, components and methodology, which remain our property and may be reused across other projects.
Until a project is paid in full, all deliverables remain our property.
7. Revisions and additional work
The number of included revision rounds is set out in your project's written quote. Work outside the agreed scope is billed at €25 per hour unless a different rate is agreed in writing.
8. Third-party services
Domain registration, hosting, payment processing, WhatsApp/Meta, Google services and similar tools are provided by independent third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or policy changes, though we will help you adapt to significant changes where reasonably possible.
9. Hosting and care plans
Where an ongoing hosting or care plan is agreed, its scope (included edits, response time, hosting infrastructure) is set out at the point of sale. Plans can be paused or cancelled with the notice period stated in your written agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by the laws of Cyprus, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of a website or system we built, except where that loss is caused by our negligence or wilful default.
11. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement by written notice, on the terms agreed for that project. Work completed up to the point of termination remains payable.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one currently in effect.
